Your own personal meditation retreat: Enjoy the serenity of a long weekend (four days) with personal instruction in the Transcendental Meditation technique, an effortless, scientifically validated form of meditation for deep relaxation and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit.

Historic Chestnut Hill District
Asheville TM Center

During this four day course, you will receive private classes conducted by a certified teacher of the TM technique, and enjoy the ease and effortlessness of this simple yet profoundly effective meditation. And when you leave, you'll take home the fulfillment of being an expert in your own stress management — your personal practice for life-balance, inner happiness and enlightenment.

Most important, you'll learn the authentic technique for transcending. The ultimate goal of a meditation retreat is to restore clarity and peace. Most retreats attempt this by offering momentary withdrawal from hassles of daily life. When you learn the TM technique, you have a practice that allows you to access your deepest inner peace and clarity twice-daily—wherever you happen to be—and to fully live that higher reality everyday.

The Best of Both Worlds

The Asheville TM Center is nestled in the Chestnut Hill National Historic District and neighbor to Asheville's most charming B&Bs. TM Classes are scheduled two hours a day for four consecutive days, at your convenience. Email or call to reserve your dates: 828-254-4350.

Both inns offer gourmet breakfast and are just a short walk from Asheville's fine dining, galleries and shops. Combine your stay with sight seeing on the Blue Ridge Parkway and a visit to the Biltmore Estate, just three miles away, or indulge in spa options at the inns.
